3. Subscription and Payment

B. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

C. Automatic Renewal

B. User-Generated Content

Our total liability in connection with any claim related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
